Lalique unveils ALIZÉ, Chapter II with crystal worked ‘like an haute couture pleat’

Launching in London just in time for the winter months, Lalique continues its artistic exploration of the element Air and reveals its second Chapter, dedicated to Interior Design. The House extends its narrative with Alizé, a lighting collection in which crystal becomes light, movement and sensation, infusing spaces with an airy and timeless elegance. Portable lamps, desk lamps, table lamps, wall sconces and ceiling lamps compose a harmonious luminous landscape.

Inspired by the softness of a gentle breeze, Alizé unfolds like a moving drape. Lalique crystal, worked like an haute couture pleat, captures and diffuses light in a subtle dialogue between shadow and transparency. Each piece appears animated by an invisible breath, expressing the intangible with the precision of a master craftsman.

With Alizé, Lalique conceives light as a fully-fledged architectural element. Each creation engages in dialogue with space, accompanying volumes and highlighting materials, through a sensitive and contemporary approach to Interior Design. Whether suspended, freestanding or wall mounted, Alizé pieces diffuse a warm and controlled light, inviting contemplation and comfort. The subtle interplay between transparency and texture gives the luminaires a sculptural presence, equally expressive when illuminated or unlit.

Handcrafted in the Lalique manufactory in Alsace, the Alizé creations are the result of exceptional expertise passed down for more than a century. The meticulous work of crystal, from hot glass to cold glass finishing, reveals an absolute mastery of the material and a constant pursuit of perfection.

Each lamp is a singular work, where technical precision meets the poetry of gesture. Through Alizé, Lalique celebrates the encounter between fine craftsmanship and contemporary design, in a luminous and timeless expression.
